Privacy policy
Command Mail is a personal tool used only by its owner, Cody Snow, for his own email accounts. It is not offered to the public.
What it reads
With the account owner's consent through Google sign-in, Command Mail reads Gmail messages, labels and filters (read-only access) to sort them and show one triage list.
What it stores
Message headers, short snippets, sorting suggestions and encrypted sign-in tokens are stored in a private Cloudflare database. Full message bodies are fetched when needed and not kept.
Who it shares with
Parts of messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to suggest labels and actions. Sensitive mail (incident, patient, HR, legal, money) is sorted from headers only. Data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train models by Command Mail.
Google user data
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contact: codysnow1990@gmail.com.
